Enjoy Arts & Tastes Festival  (All Weekend)
A new national-caliber three-day food and arts festival. With a focus on Florida Gulf seafood, the event will feature themed dinners, culinary demonstrations, a Grand Tasting and celebrity chefs including Donatella Arpaia, Todd English, Duff Goldman, Masaharu Morimoto, Scott Conant, Ming Tsai and Ingrid Hoffman. The events will take place at the Mahaffey Theater and adjacent plaza, the Dali Museum, the Renaissance Vinoy Resort, the Museum of Fine Arts, Albert Whitted Park and the Club at Treasure Island. Kasondra Rose with Ella Jet at The Hideaway Café
Kasondra Rose's voice is warm like wine in your belly, with notes of dark sweetness and a smooth finish. Originally from Michigan, she ventured to New York to pursue dancing, taking voice lessons on the side. After being scolded in a musical theater class for sounding too much like a "lounge singer," she began taking lessons from a prestigious "lounge singer" and became one herself here in the Tampa Bay Area. Don Juan in Hell (Don Juan En El Fierno) at The Studio@620 – Fri. & Sat.
The Studio@620, Roxanne Fay, and The Salvador Dali Museum are teaming up to present staged readings of "Don Juan in Hell" by George Bernard Shaw. "Don Juan in Hell" is part of the third act of the play, “Man And Superman,” by George Bernard Shaw, and consists of a philosophical debate between Don Juan and the Devil, with Dona Ana (Don Juan’s recently deceased former paramour) and the Statue of Don Gonzalo (Ana's father) observing and interjecting. Dance to the Big Band Sounds of Dixieland
The Bourbon City Ragtime Band will be performing at the Polish American Society of St. Petersburg on Friday evenings – November 1, November 8 and November 15, from 7pm-10pm. Walking Tour: The Deuces
An often overlooked but important part of the city’s history is found along “The Deuces”, 22nd Street South. This special tour will be led by Jon Wilson, a former St. Petersburg Times journalist and Gwendolyn Reese, President of the African American Heritage Association of St. Petersburg, Inc. During the segregation era, 22nd Street South was the vibrant center of St. Petersburg’s African American community.The legendary Manhattan Casino, host to such top performers as Louis Armstrong, James Brown, and Duke Ellington, was a cornerstone. Free. 10am-12pm. Dessert in the Stacks at Mirror Lake Library
This program is a celebration of Islamic culture and art. We will be showing and discussing the film Islamic Art: Mirror of the Invisible World. Green Bench Brewing Battle of the Bands
The Sunset Rotary Foundation, Green Bench Brewing Co. and St. Petersburg Music Factory, hand-picked six local band to play head-to-head for a first-place $1,000 prize. Attendees will text votes for their favorite band to determine the winner. Prizes will also be awarded for second and third places. Food from local restaurants will be available. Tap N' Run 4K in Downtown St. Pete
This non-competitive 4K (2.5ish miles) run/walk encourages crazy costumes and drinking beer during the race! Tappers will stop at 3 Chug Stations and receive a 5 oz. sample of beer at each and a full beer at the finish. Empty Bowls Fundraiser & Silent Auction 
Empty Bowls is an international grassroots effort created by The Imagine Render Group to fight hunger. Local artists create handcrafted bowls to be donated the day of the event. Guests are invited to a simple meal of soup and bread.  In exchange for cash donation guests are asked to keep a bowl as a reminder of all the empty bowls in the world. All ticket sales will be donated to St. Vincent de Paul Kitchen in St. Pete. While Empty Bowls is happening guests are invited to take part in a silent auction to benefit the Artists-in-Residence of St. Pete Clay. The AIRs are imperative to the sustainability of St. Pete Clay, providing the studio with knowledgeable ceramic artists able to supply innovative ideas for a studio that is constantly growing and improving. It’s when watching him play an intimate coffeehouse gig that he’s tucked into a headlining U.S. tour that it clicks; Currin is chasing after the genuine human connection, one fan and one song at a time. KID at heART Exhibit

Opera Idol at Opera Central
Opera Idol, the sing-off that concludes the Music in Motion classes is a fun evening that gives each singer a chance to show what they've learned. Nine singers will compete but only one singer will win the title of Opera Idol as a result of audience voting. Previous winners have gone on to successful engagements with national companies. Alan Reid & Rob van Sante, Side Door Celtic at The Palladium
Former leader of Scotland’s Battlefield Band, and now as a duo, the legendary Alan Reid with Rob van Sante have helped redefine Scottish music. Reid and van Sante present an evening of old and new music, featuring Reid’s compositions, Battlefield Band favorites and songs from van Sante. The show combines open tuned lead and accompaniment guitar work from van Sante, Reid’s keyboard, guitar and accordion and fine harmony singing from both. $20, $25 day of show. 7:30pm.
